- Real bank account 1 weeks – 2 weeks depend on your location (debit card, etc sent via DHL or other courier)

That’s your own fault for using fake address, It’s not allowed to register on PayPal using fake information. Why? because when you meet problem like this you will confused to solve it.
My Suggestion:
1. You need to make a phone call to PayPal and explain the situation, tell them everything. However this is an sensitive case I believe 99% you will lose that money and your paypal account. This area is PayPal executive decision and I can not help you.
2. Ask your VCC seller to provide scan of virtual credit card. About your photo id and proof of address provide it yourself, It’s your own fault by using fake identify when register.
