They have outsourced support to answer support ticket. It seems they are not physically present in data-center & they control remotely. Their VPS goes down several times every month. Pinging doesn't work too Online support is usually always offline & useless. Submitting ticket & waiting for long is usual practice. Just quit them. WebHostingWorld (good support, but today they server specs really suck, some friends reported they hosting got suspended and no refund) 4. BlueHost (friends reported he's got many SQL downtime) 5. HawkHost (friends reported he's got suspended without warning and they not giving solution) GOOD HOST (recommended) 1. HostMonster (personally already used it for around 3-4 years) 2. Had traffic at all, but only a few. Use only about 50mb-300mb bandwidth only. & already have down time. That truly sucks. No body like slow over selling vps + the 3-5 time downtime in a month.
