Choosing your web server programs might needed when you need to use maximum resource on your server. This happen to me around 2-4 days ago when there is contact from abuse department hosting about my vps reached it’s maximum specification. I frustrated because they gonna kick me out or they might charge me more if I can’t lower usage resource. After looking at the problem I was found out there is someone using (maybe bug) to use my server as spam email, I deleted that email account, the spam gone and memory going down a little, but the vps resource usage keep high and started annoyed me.

After looking more deeply at the problem this is actually caused by apache webserver, it’s takes to much memory resource and once people remote it I used to many resource, BAM! all my sites down. Thanks god finally I found the solution for this problem. I convert my Apache into Lighttpd to lower the memory usage, you bet… it working like a flash!

It’s very simple to convert from Apache to Lighttpd you can done it in just minutes just follow the installation document, the problem you guy’s will faced is only one, rewrite rules because it totally different with apache. This is might be the hardest part of this installation but once you pass it you will love lighttpd more than apache! don’t you? look at this images you will love it!

What you need to know about lighttpd rewrite rules? it’s simple look at this:

url.rewrite-once = ( “<regex>” => “<relative-uri>” )

OR

url.rewrite-repeat = ( “<regex>” => “<relative-uri>” )

Just write this rules on your configuration files, for more clearly documentation you can read it from here. Lighttpd standard configuration are faster than apache (already test it), anyway if you like to tune up/optimize it for better result you can look the documentation in here. Just follow it, I didn’t try it yet because I like the standard configuration but maybe next time when needed.

Bad Score:

• Hard to follow rewrite rules.
• To much manual configuration.

Some people reporting paypopup ads sometimes contains virus/trojan, I’m not sure about this issue but I do believe because they must be handle billion ads serve daily so they can’t control everything. Anyway you can contact them if you found any bad ads.

From this short reviews I think you can start calculate…… biindit.com are better than paypopup.com anyway it’s deppend on your choose I will not forced you to used biindit, biindit server right now are in maintenance so they will not stable for next 2 weeks until new server up. I was talking with their enginer and they confirm biindit right now are in maintenance so better waiting in next 2 weeks then start using them.

I recommended you to join biindit and paypopup just don’t go for network pay to low! let’s remove networks pays to low and get a better network. Let them up the rate so it compete with other networks.

UnderDogMedia is CPM network that will monetize your traffic (US & Canada only), Here is my short review about them. First time using underdogmedia I was little surprised by see their CPM rate, with only 10 click and 2 action I earned around $1,26 anyway it just the beginning, when I think this networks fails to fill 100% my inventory I started to remove their script.

After a month I’m waiting and analyze this network actually they giving me the lowest rate CPM. take a look on this sample rate picture:

It’s not really bad if they can fill 100% my inventory. The bad thing I hate is they only counting US & Canada traffic only and sometimes they edited it and give fixed cents to me? that sucks I mean I received lot of click daily and they give only cents for this lot of click? no doubt I will removed this script soon when there is no change.

Their pop-up rate actually really good, anyway it always back into the problem again because only US & Canada traffic + manual editor will make we lost money as publisher. Paypopup seems better than underdogmedia in earnings, trust me.

If you’re looking for 100% fill rate I recommended to going for globalinteractive they fill 100% and counting any impression from any country, their rate is almost same not much difference with other CPM networks.

This is just my short review based on my experience so if you want to give them a try then you can go try it, anyway I’m not responsible if they will make you lost many CPC opportunity.

This is come to my attention after looking notification on youtube website. They’re pushing their visitors to upgrade their old web browser into modern web browser. There is 3 list modern web browser on there: Google Chrome, IE8, and Firefox 3.5

After reviewing this 3 browser I actually like the new feature inside it, websites loading faster and many other new features. But wait there is a little problem in here, You all might not notified this new modern web browser can’t opening some website!

Yup, That’s the point of this short article some website cannot loaded using this new modern web browser! I don’t want to tell every site I found but I will share 2 only: www.duniasex.com (can’t opened using modern web browser) www.flash-game-sites.com (can’t opened using modern web browser) I got various error messages, said 404 and 406.

First I think they must be banned my IP or they have some wrong configuration on their server or maybe their website reported as “bad site” but when I try to open it using old web browser (tested with IE6) all of this website opened without problem! This is making sense, this modern web browser has no documentation about this problem and I’m scared if they’re not publish this information into public some webmaster out there will lost their traffic for sure!

I’m now using both of this web browser modern and older version to check all my websites list, Thanks god there is no problem in all of my website but I’m curious why there is some websites blocked, I have no idea on what’s happen but I hope you guy’s notice this and checked your own website using new modern browser!
